Our Story
Hawk Café started with a single question: what does a great morning actually feel like? Not rushed, not transactional — but unhurried, warm, and worth remembering.
We source our beans directly from small farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, working with roasters who share our obsession with traceability and flavor. Our kitchen runs on the same philosophy — short menu, seasonal ingredients, nothing that doesn't belong. The avocado toast changes when the produce does. The soup is whatever we felt like making that morning.

Every espresso is dialed in daily. We track extraction time, yield, and temperature — not because we're fussy, but because it genuinely tastes better.
The menu changes when the season does. We work with three local farms and a bakery that delivers before we open. Nothing sits.
Fast wifi, plenty of outlets, and a culture of quiet focus. We won't rush you. Long table in the back is first-come, first-seated.
Outdoor seating open spring through fall. Dogs welcome on the patio — we keep a water bowl out front.
Our playlists are built by the staff. No algorithm, no ads — just good music at a volume that lets you hear the person across from you.
We sell whole bean coffee from every roaster we work with. Ask your barista what's in the hopper — if you love it, we'll bag some for you.
